From there, we'll establish your budget and planning timeline, help source and secure the right vendors, compare quotes and options, and keep track of the decisions that need to be made along the way. You'll always have the final say — our role is to guide the process, make recommendations and keep everything moving.

As plans take shape, we'll manage vendor communication and the logistical details behind the scenes. From timelines, floor plans and rentals to transportation, guest flow and setup requirements, we're thinking through how each piece works together — not just how it looks.

As the wedding approaches, we'll bring everything together into a detailed wedding-day plan, confirm timing and logistics with your vendor team, coordinate your rehearsal and oversee the day itself. We'll be there to manage setup, keep the timeline moving, troubleshoot the unexpected and serve as the main point of contact for your vendors, wedding party and family.

The goal is simple: for you to be involved in the parts of planning that matter to you, without feeling responsible for managing every moving piece. By the time your wedding day arrives, you can step away from the logistics and actually enjoy everything you've spent so much time planning.

This package provides comprehensive planning and coordination support from the early stages of planning through to the wedding day. We'll work together to establish your priorities, keep the planning process organized and manage the many moving pieces required to bring your wedding together.

Full Wedding Planning + Production includes:

• Setup and management of a shared online wedding planning folder

• Budget preparation, allocation and ongoing tracking

• Customized planning timeline and detailed wedding planning checklist

• Vendor sourcing and recommendations based on your priorities, style and budget

• Assistance reviewing vendor proposals, quotes and contracts

• Ongoing vendor communication and coordination throughout the planning process

• Development of an overall visual direction and mood board based on your personal style, with guidance on décor, rentals and aesthetic decisions

• Venue and site logistics planning, including floor plans, guest flow, setup requirements and event infrastructure, as required

• Coordination of rentals, transportation and other logistical requirements, as applicable

• Creation of a comprehensive wedding-day timeline and vendor schedule

• Final vendor confirmations and coordination leading into the wedding

• Direction of the wedding ceremony rehearsal

• Supervision of ceremony and reception setup

• Full wedding-day coordination for up to 12 hours

Wedding Planning + Production begins at $7,000 + HST.

Each wedding is different, and final pricing is based on the level of planning required, guest count, venue or property requirements, event complexity and onsite staffing needs. Following your discovery call, you'll receive a customized proposal outlining the recommended scope and investment.
