We had the pleasure of planning a luxury Sweet 16 celebration for Cybil and 100 of her friends at Malaparte in downtown Toronto. The vision was clear from the start: a high-energy party with elevated design details, neutral tones, and subtle nods to Toronto’s hip hop scene.

Highlights included:

A 10x10 iridescent balloon ceiling installation over the dance floor
Branded white plexi bars featuring a custom Toronto skyline decal
Curated food stations with sliders, pizza, fries, sushi, and desserts
Custom signage and mirror decals with Drake lyrics
A packed dance floor under white uplighting and multi-colour effects

From floor plans and staffing, to late-night logistics and final payments, our team managed every detail to ensure a seamless experience for our client.
